For families
How does shipping work?
Each store sets it item by item: a flat shipping price, free shipping, live carrier rates for your address, or pickup at the field. When your order ships, you get an email with the tracking link.
How do I pick the right size?
Every product lists its own sizes, and you'll see right away if a size is sold out. Size details are in the product description. For fit questions, contact the association that runs the store.
What about returns and exchanges?
The association that runs the store is the seller, so it sets the return policy. Contact them with the order number from your receipt email.
Can I order custom uniforms?
Yes, when your association runs a pre-sale. Order by the deadline, and the product page, your cart and your receipt all show the date it ships.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Check out as a guest with your email and a card. If you sign in later with the same email, all your orders show up in My Orders.

We're not on Register Play yet. Can we just use the store?
The store is part of the platform. It runs on your Register Play site alongside registration, scheduling and scoring, and that's where the value is. A 1-hour demo shows what that looks like for your association.
What does it cost?
3% of item sales plus standard Stripe card processing. No setup fee and no monthly fee. Shipping you charge comes to you in full. Selling more than $25,000 a year? Ask us about a lower rate.
Do we have to hold inventory?
No. Turn on pre-sale to take orders before your stock arrives, then order from your supplier once you know the counts. If you do keep stock, the store tracks it per size and marks items sold out at zero.
Who ships the orders?
You do, or you hand them over at the field. Buy discounted carrier labels right from the order, or charge live carrier rates at checkout and let Register Play buy the label for you.
